KCB Head Coach Curtis Olago said, “We are shifting gears to the Enterprise Cup which will be played later on this month. I am confident that despite the recent shortcomings, the squad will rise to occasion and fight for our rightful place in the tournament.”
The outcome of the 29-05 weekend loss to archrivals Kabras makes it the second time in a row KCB RFC have lost the cup finals to the sugar men who have now gone unbeaten for the second season running.
“It is disappointing that despite the efforts we put in this match, we still lost to an equally strong side. We go back to the drawing board to evaluate what went wrong with a promise to come back stronger next season,” Coach Olago noted.
